I know all of us bikers in New Jersey have a serious case of Cabin Fever,but boy have we lucked out with this weather. Some of us have been lucky to get out on the road and some of us just dream of Spring riding to come.

There’s only one thing I love more than my family.yup..Motorcycling! Well, I lied..I also love to cook..and I shared a special recipe with you as well. So, in honor of the holiday this month, I will be keeping this article short and sweet. Enjoy! Love (and riding) is in the air. Mama wishes you Peace,Love,and Road Trips.

Motorcycle Mama shares a Love Story Girl and guy were speeding over 100 MPH on a motorcycle. Girl: Slow down, I’m scared. Guy: No, this is fun. Girl: No it’s not. Please, it’s too scarey. Guy: Than tell me you love me. Girl: Fine, I love you. Slow down! Guy: Now, give me a BIG hug. (Girl hugs him). Guy: Can you take my helmet off and put it on? It’s bugging me. In the paper the next day a motorcycle had crashed into a building because of brake failure. Two people were on the motorcycle but only one survived. The truth was that halfway down the road the guy realized that his brakes broke but he didn’t want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him, felt her hug one last time, than had her wear his helmet so she would live, even though it meant he would die. Author Unknown.

Mama’s Favorite Valentine Recipe.Serve this to your Motorcycle Papa and he will love ya forever!

Better Than Sex Cake

1 Cup flour
½ stick butter..softened
1 Cup chopped pecans
1 8oz pkg cream cheese..softened
1 Cup sugar
1 9oz container Cool Whip..divided
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 large box of chocholate instant pudding
3 Cups milk

Preheat oven to 350
Cut flour, butter, and nuts..pat into 13x9 baking dish to form a crust. Bake 15-20 minutes..cool.
